Return Policy
We currently don’t accept returns. However, if the product you received is not in its intended condition, damaged, or missing parts at the time of delivery, please report it within 3 days of receiving it. To ensure safe return, please retain the original packaging of the product(s) and print and paste a pickup label on it before handing it over to the pickup executive. We’ll arrange for a replacement of the same item upon eligibility verification.
Conditions
Subject to the conditions listed on the respective product details page and during the return period, MAULIK OBJECTS at its discretion would (a) replace the damaged product with a new product, or (b) refund to you the purchase price of the damaged product, as per the following:
Replacement Eligibility

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

The first opening video is mandatory to process your request, without this we can't process any such requests.

Products were missing from the package

Replacement
Policy

Complaints must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with the first opening video.

Replacement of the damaged Product will also be delivered to the address where such damaged Product was originally shipped. At the time of delivery, we will collect the damaged Product as well.

Replacements will only be processed after a quality check by MAULIK OBJECT’s experts.

Customized or discounted products will be ineligible for replacements

Items damaged due to improper handling or installation will also be ineligible for replacements

Eligible replacements will be arranged within 7–10 business days.
Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable for orders that were not delivered or replacement of the same product(s) is not possible.

Refunds, if any, in case of pre-paid orders, shall be credited to the same account through which the original order for the Product(s) and its payment thereof, was made.

A valid refund claim under the Return Policy, shall only be processed upon successful pick up of the damaged Product(s) by us.

We offer returns on articles that cannot be replaced. Once the product is received and inspected for eligible returns, we will send you an email notifying you that a refund has been initiated.

Your refund will be processed in your original method of payment within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned item.

For custom & B2B orders, any payment delays beyond 5 business days will lead to cancellation of the order with no refunds of the advance payment.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellation Policy

For direct sales from the website, we do not accept cancellations post 4 hours of placing the order.
Additional Information

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, you must raise a complaint within 24 hours.

If the delivery was OTP-verified or incorrect shipping details were provided, Maulik Objects will not be held responsible.

Do not accept any parcel if the outer packaging appears torn or damaged.

In case of damaged or defective items, customers must provide clear images or videos before any replacement can be processed.
